Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. A product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items cancelled 3 days prior to shipping and for all items returned 3 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 3 days
- The product isn't damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AME Fitness Equipment. In the event loss of or damages occur during the shipping process the buyer is responsible for filing the claim. AME Fitness Equipment will assist with the claim if loss or damages occur. AME Fitness Equipment can't be held liable for loss of or damage to the product during shipping since we cant control how the cargo is handled after it leaves our warehouse. AME Fitness Equipment will set up shipping on your behalf and will do our best to package & protect every single piece of equipment prior to shipping.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
